Cashmere wool is a very fine and soft natural fiber which is obtained from the undercoat of cashmere goats. The fur is combed out during the moult at the end of winter or in spring, approx. 150 grams are collected per animal. Cashmere is one the most valuable and expensive natural fibres, the selling price depends on the quality of the wool.
